Tai Schell brings over 15 years of experience in addiction treatment and mental health care to Clarendon Recovery House. As our Master Clinician, Tai specializes in dual diagnosis, trauma-informed therapy, and evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, Tai is deeply committed to helping clients uncover the roots of their struggles, build resilience, and reclaim their lives. Larissa O’Connor, MD

Dr. Larissa O’Connor leads the medical team at Clarendon Recovery House with over a decade of expertise in addiction medicine and psychiatry.
